I've seen the folks at Patient's First many times since 2002, but in the last year, I've had to pay over $400 for blood work that was miscoded and also for a 5 minute visit in a walk-in that was miscoded and misrepresented to the insurance company. All this great service is nice, but if I have to pay over $150 for a 5 minute visit, what's the point? I can't go back to this office again, it's liable to bankrupt me. In fact, I will not visit any Mercy related Dr's again if possible. I'm sad about this, but I just can't keep paying for their mistakes.

Dr Meyer is so professional and caring she listens and understands and takes the time with her patients I would recommend her to everyone
