we began seeing dr ritz when my son was only a few days old.....I have never had a doctor take the time and energy that he does. I can't imagine going to another cardiologist. my son recently had open heart surgery, and even tho he isn't a surgeon, he came in to see us quiet a few times. he's simply the best!!!

Dr Ritz was extremely rude. Horrible at explaining my childs issue to me. Not only did he not use medical terms that I did not entirely understand but he would talk in circles. When I would attempt to clarity he would speak to me as if I was a child. Horrible manners and no empathy what so ever. Also for he first 15 minutes he was in the office with us all he was doing was typing notes in the computer, generally you do that after the visit. No regard for my time. Only plus side is his staff was extremely kind.
