Dr. Susan Lauren Rusnack, MD

Today I had a visit with Dr Susan Rusnack at Tower Urology at Cedars. Dr Rusnack was so kind, extremely attentive, her expertise was evident, and I was so thankful that I chose her over so many other drs. I only wish I would have gone much sooner instead of dragging it out. It could have saved me so much anxiety and overthinking. I try to do these dr reviews because I know how valuable they are to many of you. I am so selective as you really need to be when choosing a Dr. I was very happy with Dr Rusnack. I felt I hot it out of the park with this dr for sure!!! Thank you also to the lovely staff so nice wow very impressed today truly.

Dr Rusnack is an absolutely outstanding physician! She is so knowledgeable, caring, kind and brilliant. Dr Rusnack helped me with a very difficult decision- I trust her implicitly. So grateful she is my doctor. Utterly excellent from start to finish - what a gem!

Dr. Rusnak has an angel face which calmed me down as I was expecting some hard times with my problem...she was patient with all of my questions and treated me with the best of care knowing I was afraid of the stretching uretha procedure..I made it okay and was happy she spent extra time with me to calm me down so the procedure didnt hurt as much as it used to....thanks to angel face, dr. Rusnack ^.^

I honestly believe I owe my Life to Dr Susan Rusnack. She treated me for Bladder Cancer in 2009. She was compassionate and eased my fears. I went for a cystoscope last week and 10 years later all is well!! Thank you Dr Rusnack!!! I will be FOREVER grateful!!!!

If you need a urologist call Dr. Rusnack for an appointment. Just the nicest, smartest and "put you at ease" doctor I've ever gone to! Her office is so well run and Dr. Rusnack is always on time!

Outstanding in every aspect of our experience!

DR. Rusnak is nothing less than an amazing physician, wonderful person, caring and attentive, etc. I sometimes feel like I owe my life to her. Had a situation with bladder cancer and I felt like she held my hand through the whole process. In any case, I'm said she's no longer my physician however I stayed with their practice just because of her. Thanks DR. I will never forget what you've done...

She is great. Really listened to my symptoms and gave me accurate info about possible causes of my condition. She stayed to answer all my questions. Other doctors might make you feel rushed and delegate things to office staff, but not her. In addition she has a very kind bedside manner. I was very tense about my visit for a number of reasons but she put me at ease and normalized the experience for me.

Excellent experience! Feel like a new person! Been a patient of Dr. Susan Rusnack for a year plus with an enlarged prostate issue- non cancer. Tried a couple of different drugs with little success in limiting the number of times I woke up during the night, etc. A joint decision was made for surgery. Pros and cons were explained and I made a solid, informed decision. The BEST decision was made. I'm back to "normal" and couldn't be happier! Susan's smart, informative, provides options and answers questions directly. The surgery went according to plan (and we have the pictures - that I requested before the operation to take during the procedure) to prove it. But the real proof of the success is how great I feel today.

Tried to make an appointment for the doctor for it stated she took my insurance Cigna OAP....but receptionist states she only takes Cigna Valley Hospital employees...Please update info about insurance
