Dr. Sylvia Santiago Rodriguez, MD

It's really hard to hear Sylvia Santiago lecture you on weight loss, when she is obese herself.

I am writing a follow up review of Sylvia Santiago. I was at Tampa Family Health Center today and saw a different doctor. She wrote the prescription Sylvia would not write with no problem. This proves that she refused just to give me a hard time. Avoid her!

Very unprofessional doctor. I waited an hour past my appointment time to be treated poorly by her. She gave me a hard time about refilling my RX. She said she wouldn't fill it and that I need to see a specialist. Every other doctor has filled it with no problem. A staff member told me she fills it all the time for people with no problem. Beware of Sylvia Santiago. She seems bitter because she has 15+ years of experience and the only job she can get is at Tampa Family Health Center.

A member of the staff at TFHC told me she writes an RX for Omeprazole for other patients with no problem. She refused to write the RX for me and told me I would have to see a gastroenterologist. She was extremely rude during my appointment. Then she never requested a referral to see the specialist. I had to go back and see another doctor to get the referral. Beware.

Once again, Dr. Santiago was unprofessional and did not address my issues during my appointment. Beware of her.

This doctor will give you a hard time about everything. She is obviously upset that the only job she can get with 23 years of experience is at Tampa Family Health Center.

She will give you a hard time about everything. If you call her on it, it makes things worse. She should not be allowed to practice.
