Dr. Tarek Zaki Mahdi, MD

Dr. T. Mahdi stepped in to help when I could not get an appt with my assigned physician. In trying to make an appt with my assigned physician I asked to speak to someone in charge. Dr. Mahdi called to see if he could help as he is the team leader (I think). I am so happy with him. I love telephone appts as I feel they do not waste the physicians or my time. He answered my questions, took care of my concerns, and followed up on the referrals he requested the next week. He also had a staff member follow up. Everyone has been extremely courteous and professional. I never feel rushed. I am now a happy camper!

Stay away from this place! Careless , unorganized, severely understaffed never even met the doctors themselves! impossible to get an appointment! They don't care about your well being, even bother to answer the phone! I really dont know what these people are thinking? what business they are in? these are sick people whom chose to trust them and their doctors that don't even exist!!

I have found Dr Mahdi to be the best doctor I have had. He is thorough and listens to you. Gives you the time you need and great service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend

This doctor is rude and dissmissive. If you want a bad experience make an appointment with him. When you go to the doctor you should not leave feeling bad especially when your a cash patient.

Office staff is not helpful. I needed to fill out FEMLA paperwork in order to substantiate time off work. But due to staff delays and being given the run-around over the phone, I was not complete the paperwork on time. Some advice: staff CANNOT communicate through phone or fax- messages get lost and they are very unreliable (even if you leave numerous messages). Make sure to notate who you spoke with if there's any follow up and better yet, if you want anything to be filled out by the office- better to hand deliver it to the doctor to assure of timely follow up
