Ridiculous fake medical advice. Anti-vaxxer. Waste of time.

Very Rude and Unprofessional Staff. I just called this office at 9:20 a.m. Thursday, because Dr. Quinlin came highly recommended by my mother. The female staff person hung up on me twice; once when it was discovered that the office did not take my insurance, and another when I said I was just hung up on. I called a 3rd time and explained that my mother is a patient there and spoke highly of Dr. Quinlin, and that I was hoping for a referral if she had one, the same woman sharply asked “Are you a patient?” I said “No, but I was asking...”, she cut me off and with a raised voice repeated that the office doesn’t take my insurance and slammed the phone down and walked away. I could hear movement in the background but she would not answer my hello’s. Let it be noted that my mother has been a patient of Dr. Quinlin for YEARS, and is healthier than before. However, the staff person I spoke to was so disrespectful, unfriendly and unprofessional it brings down the moral of the office. … Even when my insurance does change in the future, which it will, I would never go to this office.

Compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. Since going to Dr Quinlin, she has helped me feel so much better. I’m no longer afraid of the doctor anymore. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family.

If your interested in traditional medicine and want that thrown at you for every sniffle or cough, she isn’t the one for you. If your interested in truly healing your body, finding the root cause, using faith/prayer and healing naturally then she is the doctor for you. Her staff is nice and respectful. All of the other comments about them being rude hasn’t been a problem for us. Maybe the tone and delivery should be evaluated before pointing a finger. I like Dr Quinlin. She can typically look at you and see what is going on before you say anything. She believes in healing by starting with your diet and herbs. I’ve had chronic sinus infections since I was a kid. Now they are gone by using herbs and adjusting my diet. Who knew wheat and dairy would cause such a problem? Long story short if you truly want to be healed, are open to alternative methods and are willing to follow what she tells you then I would highly recommend her. If not, then she isn’t the doctor for you.

I tried to get an appointment but I was rejected for an unknown reason per the very rude receptionist! I wanted a holistic approach to my dystonia but I guess she wants young healthy patients. Very rude did not return my call for an appointment but said they did. Sad, sad I thought doctors were to help people but apparently that is not how Dr. Quinlinn feels.

This is not a comment about Dr Quinlin since I never got to see her. After being in the ER 6 days before for excruciating abdominal pain, I was told to try Dr Quinlin because she had some alternative health approaches and she was recommended by staff at Harvest Moon. I called her office on a Friday at 12:18 and was scheduled for an appointment the following Tues morning at 9:15. I went to the ER first thing in the morning Tuesday and got a CD copy of my scan and copies of the lab work they had done the week before so I could share them with Dr Quinlin. When I arrived her office 15 min early, I was asked my name and the secretary looked at her books for a minute and then asked me for birthdate etc. After a couple of minutes she told me that they didn't have any of my records. I told her they probably didn't have any since it was my first time there. She then told me they had no appointment scheduled for me and said that I must have called some other doctor's office!! I assured her… that I had called no other office and that I had the appt on my phone calendar. She repeated that they didn't make the appointment and then just turned around and sat down and ignored me. I called when I got home to let her know that I had the call listed in my recent phone calls and asked her to check to see who was working at 12:18 the previous Friday if she wanted to see who made the appointment. There was never any kind of compassion or apology or any sign of customer service at all. Dr Quinlin would be well advised to do some staff professionalism training.

I have to say that when I went to Dr. Quinlin recently I was on my last hope. I had been going through some health concerns for the past two years and was not having any success with the doctor I had seen for over 8 years. My previous doctor kept precscribing Valium for anxiety and not addressing my real issues. A friend recommended Dr. Quinlin and I had to wait two months to see her. On my first visit she narrowed in on what was going on with me and then took blood work to confirm. I went back a week later to receive the blood results and she was right 100%. She precscribed herbs to help deal with the issues I had and explained they are all fixable. Not by strong antibiotiocs but by herbs and homeopathy. I have now transfered all my records to her and will be using her as my new pcp. I apprecite the fact that she is going outside the lines of western medicine and really looking at the person and trying to find the root cause of what is going on. To me she is a blessing and I recommend… any and everyone to her if they are not getting results through western medicine.

My experience with Dr. Quinlin and Staff was absolutely a nite mare! The receptionist treated me so horrible! I felt like I was bothering them when we as patients are helping them receive a paycheck! I will never go there again! I have health issues and all they want is more money they charged me back to back visits and wanted to see me again to answer my concerns on some issues. At the end they told me to get another Dr. Wow I've never been treated so poorly' Will never recommend that office to anyone! Smart not to even go down that avenue. Giving Dr and Staff thumbs down in patient service!

Very interesting Dr. Hit a lot of things right on. Would recommend others to visit for a different approach to treating illness. Make an appt today .

We used to go to her as kids and she seemed fine but as the years went by I swear she went down hill. Her wait time is RIDICULOUS. It goes anywhere from 30-45 minutes. She's completely cuckoo. I went to her for a cyst on my underarm and she said I needed to stop shaving because God made us that way. Then she went on about touchy religious subjects that had NOTHING to do with my health. Subjects such as abortion and stuff like that. Anyways, I also went to her another time for a bad cough and she prescribed me a PRAYER BOOK and herbs! -_- I'm never going back to her again.
