Personnel changes so often there is no one held responsible for all the mistakes being made and rude is unacceptable I am betting the doctors don"t know what the patients are going threw.

Dr B has been my primary care for 25 years. Has helped me through difficult times and always takes the time to listen. He is my trusted friend and professional now.

Overall not a very good experience. I am changing to a different doctor who was recommended to me by my friend.

dr brysacz is perfect and caring but the blond at the front counter is rude and non helpfull. she acts like she is doing you a favor by helping you when it is you that is paying her salery. it is a shame because dr brysacz is the best dr i have even seen and he is caring and respectfull of your feelings. i highly reccomend dr brysacz but you need to get by the front counter first

Even though I've been a patient for 10yrs or more, each visit I have the feeling I'm being seen for the first time. Some of my treatments have gone full circle thru various meds and there isn't any continuity of care. I have to remind the Dr of what we have discussed and done in the past, I shouldn't have to do that.

I've been seeing Dr. B for almost a year and I can't say enough good about him. He cares and listens to me.The entire staff is wonderful.I never have a problem getting in to see him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Brysacz for almost 20 years. I've found him to be caring and personable. I've recommended him to friends.

12 years of NON CARE. No follow up on Diabetics. Arogant, un caring jerk.
