I have seen him twice, not impressed either time. He doesn’t let you finish a sentence, acts like you are too dumb to know your own symptoms. Will not be back

What a great doctor who performed brain surgery on me that was very successful. Highly recommend him.

I had to have an emergency laminectomy and discetomy by Dr. Grahm. It was the worst patient care experience I've ever had. Failed to answer my questions and speak to me like an intelligent human being. Poor post operative pain management plan and the general care at UT Health East Texas was horrible. Will never return.

Doctor Grahm examined my 91 year old mother and determined she has a fracture to C2 vertebrae and he put her in a neck brace. She was discharged from hospital and sent to nursing care Numerous requests made by the nursing home staff and myself were ignored by the doctor and his office, six weeks later we still don't have any instructions on how best to care for her. His office staff are arrogant and incompetent.

Initially Dr Graham was great he did my surgery and when I came in for my follow up appointment he asked for my updated records with my pain management clinic. He came in the exam FURIOUS demanding to know when I started going to pain management!! I had to remind him that it was my pain management Dr and clinic that referred me for surgery. The clinic sent my recent records which included a list of medicines that I had tried and failed (due to side effects) and assumed I was taking ALL those narcotics at this time. He did not take the time to read my chart and know I was not on those medications. He told me that I was an addict and he would of never done surgery on me but my MRI showed I had severe stenosis and I needed the surgery. Dr Graham had all my records and knew before he took me on as a patient of my situation. He insinuated that I wasn't telling the truth in regards to my pain medicine. He told me I would never get better and will always be in pain. He never did a follow up… of my surgery. He treated me so poorly and abusive that I'm making a complaint to the Texas Medical Board. Know one should be treated so poorly because they are taking pain control. And if he would of read the records he would of known I do not take the list he saw. What he saw was a list of meds I could not take yet read no further. He than bragged that he only treats patients post op with Tylenol 3. Which I Was aware of and extremely glad I was an established in pain management and had medication to recover with. He accused me of taking my medication for fun! It's unfortunate because he initially treated me fine. He knew my med list and had no problems initially. He flipped out when he read the list of meds I couldn't take and read no further to learn the truth. And for the following 20 minutes ripped into me as if I were lying to him and never answered my questions in regards to my surgery because, In his words, "I ruined my life" and would never get better. If you need surgery yet want adequate pain control following your operation steer clear of this surgeon. Unless you can handle recovering from major surgery on Tylenol 3 (codiene). The hospitalist (Doctor) at the hospital was floored to learn this when they were called because I was in out of control pain post op. That Dr immediately ordered an injection. I've never been so humiliated in my life! Shame on you Dr Graham

Dr Grahm did back surgery on me at7:30 AM and I was at IHOP at 10:30 AM the same morning eating breakfast with no pain.Dr. Grahm is an excellent surgeon!!!!
