Wonderful caring doctors and staff.

Dr. Hayden is one of the very best doctors I have ever seen in my life, including all specialists. He listens completely to everything you need to tell him, (but keeps you on subject); He is an excellent diagnostician; A wonderful doctor to work with Fibromyalgia; Will answer all questions and explain all actions; He is definitely a partner in your care. Dr. Hayden has an excellent bedside manner, and spends the appropriate amount of time needed with each patient. And as for his office staff, they are the nicest and most friendly, helpful staff that I have ever encountered. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The only item that I had to give less than a 4 was the ease of an appointment, and that is because of the loss of another doctor. (There are only 2 doctors and 2 FNP's there currently.) But it is worth the short wait to be able to see Dr. Hayden, and map out your plan of good health.

I have been seeing Dr. Hayden for about 15 years, and I have never seen a doctor who is more caring about patients. He spends time with all his patients. While that may mean a bit of a wait in the examining room, it is well worth the time. He is always so cheerful; he can be heard humming in the hall right up until the time he opens the door to an examining room. Then he enters with a cheerful greeting.

I've never been to a more caring doctor. Dr Hayden really knows what he is talking about and can explain it clearly. HE gives you your options and lets you know what he thinks is a good path to talk. He always spend adequate time with the patient and never seems in a rush, which I really like.
