I found Dr. Williams to be rude, abrasive and condescending. He seemed more concerned, with typing his notes in the computer; rather than interacting with the patient during the appt. One thing, he did find a thyroid goiter, that other doctors had missed but that alone won't make me stay with a doctor who needs to retire.

Wish could rate 0 stars for does he hear what you are telling him. He is so into typing what he thinks that he never hears you . He is very closed minded . Go to someone else you will be glad you did and healthier.

Dr. Wiliams doesn't listen when I talk to him and he dismisses things I tell him as nonsense. He isn't open to the belief that every patient is different and may respond to drugs and treatment differently. He is easily frustrated with me during visits and I just don't feel that he's into what he's doing. I stopped seeing him and wouldn't recommend him at all

Was a patient for years. Saw a new dr and tried to get my records. They sent one page. Then the new dr said I was misdiagnosed. My life has been really rough living with chronic illness I may not have had and all because of him. He was very strange talking into his recorder and he could not use the computer when he switched over. He didn't explain risks clearly.

Does anyone know where they are? Their phone number is disconnected. I didn't receive a notice from them and I need my records.I experienced the same with his seemingly indifference. He talked into his voice recorder and did not have the emphathy expected when I expressed my concerns. The follow up was so poor that my primary care doctor began to take over. I need help so if anyone could recommend a thorough and competent diabetes doctor, please advise. Thanks. Very, very frustrated.

Obnoxious. Late, started recording before even seeing me. Took personal call during appt. Never listened to me or reviewed test results I brought. Did not order proper tests. Followup was a postcard with results but should have changed meds. Burned out and incompetent and they need Dr. Sharon Miller back. I pulled my records and went elsewhere. Doctors in area know of his reputation also with patients. I would NEVER recommend him.

Dr. Williams never really listens to my problem or concerns. He just talks into his voice recorder, repeating what I told him in Dr. speak. When I try to tell him a problem with my medication, he simply said that wasn't possible, and dismissed me. I am looking for a new doctor.
