Dr. Timothy Lebron Huggins, MD

Don't go! I had a 9AM appointment, didn't see the PA till l 9:40. She spent 4 minutes with me , asked me what my blood pressure is normally, because the wrist cuff didn't fit my wrist she left to schedule my procedure, and after waiting 30 minutes for her to come back I went up front to get a refund. I asked if Dr. Huggins could call me later to discuss and was told" Dr. Huggins does not talk to patients ". Rushed exam, if you could call it an exam, poor time management, and lets take guess at your blood pressure? and will not talk to a patient. Not a doctor I want!

Does not pay his bills, cheat

Our family will be choosing another doctor for this type of care. The office staff on the day of appointment to schedule the colonoscopy was rude and not efficient. Then it is unacceptable to ask patients to wait as long as we did for a procedure and afterwards to wait another long time for doctor to come in. He spent about a minute with us on results. I realize that the outpatient hospital has some control but believe part is the doctor's fault. Five hours for a colonoscopy is not acceptable. We made a follow-up appointment and when we got to the office today for it we were told it was canceled as the doctor's office had called us with the report. We did not receive a call nor talk to anyone other than the doctor after the procedure. We feel as patients we deserve better service than this doctor is providing and will seek our care with another doctor.

Doctor Huggins's Office Manager has cost him one of his patients. While in his office, I listened as his office manager flat out called another patient a liar and denied the follow up information that a patient had been told. My thought was...well maybe a misunderstanding. Until I had to deal with this Office Manager concerning insurance and billing practices. When an Office Manager refuses to give coding information then be very careful. To the Office Manager: It is very much 'my business to have all information regarding all of my health care'. Including what I will be billed for and why I will be billed for it. Transparency! She hides information and covers it up. Great Doctor and LOUSY OFFICE MANAGER

Dr. Huggins is a "Top Doc" in my opinion. Colonoscopy procedure went well, no major pain afterwards, and life returns to normal. Hopefully cancer free going forward...

Worst person I have ever met

I only know I saw him once with Dr. Beckwith in Fort Worth and liked him. Their entire staff was awful, expecially the girl named Ida. She was rude, abrupt and I could never get in with her to see Dr. B.......once I had an urgent situation, she could have cared less. Listen up, I spent years in medical field...your staff makes or breaks you.

Dr Huggins is great! His staff on the other had is rude. His sister is rude. He has no idea how rude his staff is. Not all of them but most of them. If your very sick they won't get you in they just say go to ER of course unless your a close friend or he knows you.

I have used Dr. Huggins for years and really like him as well as trust his opinion. Not sure why he cannot get and keep a good staff.
