He is more interested in the sound of his own voice than in listening to me as a patient. Staff needs to speak with patients in a more professional way. Snippy.

Dr. Thaller is well educated in his field. He is thorough in diagnosing a problem, quick to treat it and really cares about me as a patient. Great doctor, great man.

Had bladder cancer, removed 2007, no recurrence to date for for 8-1/2 years.

He did my Vasectomy and it was so not as big of a deal as I thought it was going to be. Procedure wasn't painful, recovery was very quick.

I wouldn't take my cat to him. My wife went and now is 20 times worse. Did procedures that made things worse.

I have never been so rudely treated trying to make an appointment at a Dr's office. Deborah needs to be reminding that the patients write her check and treat people that are making appointments with respect and even a little concern and compassion wouldn't be to much to ask. Dr Thaller has been great but it is sad the person making appointments is going to cause patients to seek treatment elsewhere.

Tried to make an appointment and receptionist was rude.

I had a great experience with Dr. Thaller. I had already been to another Urologist and wasnt happy with her bedside manner. Dr. Thaller spent a great deal of time with me answering any questions I had and also telling me his medical opinion on what we should do next. I felt like a person with a problem, not a number.I would recomend Dr. Thaller.
