Dr. Trent Douglas Sterenchock, MD

On first visit Dr. explained his plan of treatment. Seemed knowledgeable enough. I arrived for my second visit only to be told he was not there. Got to see the NP. On the third visit he seemed distracted and completely forgot what he had told me earlier. Said it could be caused from a lot of different things and he would have to do some test. Didn't offer to do any testing. Gave me the wrong Rx and sent me on my way. Rooms seemed dirty, liquid on floors, etc... He sure didn't ignore his plan for billing though.

The clerk is rude, says anything in front of clients, and shows no sense of professionalism. You don't get a hello or thank you, just sad to say someone is coming there to see if they may have a cancer related issue. I hope the Dr is better. The clerks name is Amanda.

My favorite doctor! Took the time to explain my condition to me and all treatment options! Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional, inexperienced doctor. I wouldn't take my dog to him. Very sorry that I ever heard his name. Still trying to fix the damage that he caused
