Dr. Scott Aarons, MD

Nurse was very rude. Doctor was strange and insisted doing things in the examination which made me feel uncomfortable.

Dr. Aarons went above and beyond for me. I have had kidney stones 3 different times. The second time was my worst experience as the hospital wanted me to pay $6,000 up front and if I didn't they would take me off the schedule for the uteroscopy I had scheduled. When Dr. Aarons found out they did in fact remove me from the schedule, he got on the phone while I was in the office and called someone and demanded they put me back on the schedule. he explained he had to see me through the entire process because I had a stent and that what they did was unacceptable. Had it not been for Dr. Aarons making that call, I would have been suffering for a long time and technically it wasn't his problem it was mine. His staff is extremely helpful and very professional. They have helped me numerous times and I appreciate them greatly.

I had my first kidney stone experience:( So scary! DR.aarons had his staff get my cat scan study brought to him....He pulled up my cat scan and showed me in detail what was wrong and what I was looking at. The radiologist missed a stone on his report! DR.Aarons called the radiologist up and pointed it out to him. He took a lot of time with me. I did have to wait a while to see him BUT it is worth the wait. You only have one body and this man will do everything in his power to keep you alive! His office staff is awesome! They are fun and make you feel so welcomed! I am sad to read bad reviews on him because he us great.

Dr. Aarons takes the time to go over your medical history & sits you down in his office to talk to you. He then asks you what your concerns are & exams you. He has an in office lab where he does Urology related tests; that is a big plus. He orders tests that he needs to do as he is a surgeon and will exhaust any efforts to AVOID surgery. The staff is polite and try to make you comfortable. He takes his time & doesn't herd you out like other doctors do.

Absolutely the worst medical experience I have ever endured. Aarons screamed for his nurse when his computer (he) malfunctioned and slammed his fist on the keyboard! I was in his office almost two house while he typed notes. I have ZERO confidence in this man and you should seek another urologist. He is just idiocyncratic - he's just plain RUDE.

Aarons is the most eccentric doctor I have ever seen. He shushed me after requesting information during my patient history and spent most of his time trying to figure out how his computer worked! At one point he yelled at his computer and slammed his fist down on the keyboard. Then he yelled for his nurse to come and fix it. His outbursts were very unnerving. His poor embarrassed nurses apologized to me three times for his behavior. Do yourself a huge favor and find a well-mannered professional. Aarons is not that guy.

The experience with this doctor was horrible. He is very unprofessional and inappropriate. He doesnt seem to have the patient's best interest in mind. At first he greeted us very nicely and shook our hand but everything went downhill from there on.... During our consultation the first thing he spoke of was about him growing up a catholic and how his office reflects that. He briefly reviewed an exam that was sent to him by another doctor of mine and said there was nothing he could do and didnt want to bother to perform any exams. As I asked him questions about my health and concerns he spontaneously turned the focus on himself and pulled up some pictures on his computer of one of his vacation trips in the middle of our consultation as if he were on a break. I couldn't believe that this was happening! I am not kidding when I say that the only thing he did was check my heartbeat and push on my stomach as I laid on the bed in the examination room. I quickly was raised back up and told… to come back in a year and believe me when I say I will never go there again.I normally don't waste my time writing reviews but I wanted to share this with you all so that you wont waste your money and time with this so called doctor...I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there...

This doctor is odd. He talks to himself instead of you & talks over you. I read the last review & it's right on the money. He will keep you coming back in over & over again just to collect yet another copay. He tried to charge me to come in & get my results.....I already paid him for the tests! His front desk receptionist is a foul mouth girl who needs to be fired. I would never recommend this office to anyone!

Doc will keep you coming back for treatments. Meanwhile you will be in pain and paying for the costly treatments. After 15 lith's i had no success. I switched to another doctor who took care of it the first time. I have found out that other patients are suffering due to dr.aarons the same way. This doctor is scamming patients and the insurance companies. Report him to the board if you are one of these unfortunate patients.
