Dr. Uri Ahn performed my discectomy in June 2023 and it changed my life. Of all the surgeries (15+) in my life, it was one of the best experiences and recoveries. I initially saw Dr. Anh in April 2023 about pain down my left leg. He found that I had a herniated disc which was pressing on a nerve. After trying alternative treatments to no avail, it was determined that I needed surgery. I had the surgery at Exeter Hospital and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The nurses were very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. They worked great together like a well oiled machine. The two anesthesiologists were amazing…I didn’t come out of surgery sick or groggy and was pleasantly surprised when I already felt the relief from the leg pain. Dr. Anh is confident but not arrogant. He is kind and listens well. He even took the time to properly align my tattoo which he had to cut through...not many surgeons would take the time to do that. Dr. Anh relieved me of my pain and gave me… my life back. Ten months of incessant pain, all gone. The incision healed perfectly and the scar is barely visible. I highly recommend Dr. Anh as a surgeon!

Fantastic doctor

Dr. Ahn has the expertise and vast experience to guarantee the best possible outcome of a spinal surgery. He accurately diagnosed my back problem and provided an optimal solution. I went from being immobile to walking several miles and lifting weights after one month of having surgery. He is a true healer!

Dr Ahn was very personable and professional, and he took a reasonable amount of time to answer my questions and explain what my MRI was showing. He left the decision to have surgery to me after giving me the pros and cons. I agreed with his wisdom to wait and if/when my symptoms become worse, to then consider surgery, as I had a very difficult recovery from L4-5 fusion (4 years ago and a different surgeon). And instead of leaving me to call if worse, he suggested a 4 month telehealth follow up, which helped me feel more comfortable. I’d give 10 stars if possible, for Dr Ahn and his staff.

Dr. Ahn is the doctor to see for neck & spine injuries. He performed my neck surgery years ago which was very successful with a result of 100% range Of motion. I recently was having some lower back issues. Dr Ahn made time to see me right away after I contacted him and scheduled the necessary testing and got me into physical therapy. The therapist are very knowledgeable and know which stretches to teach you and which weighs to have you work on and know when to increase the weight. This whole facility is top notch. Highly recommend.

I only have good things to say about my experience with NH Neurospine Institute. From my very 1st appointment with Dr. Uri Ahn I was very impressed. Dr. Ahn is a very compassionate doctor. When other doctors would not help me, Dr. Ahn was willing to perform my spinal fusion surgery. Immediately following my surgery the pain I had been dealing with for 3 years was completely gone! I could finally walk without pain! I can't put into words how thankful I am to Dr. Ahn and how much I appreciate his compassion for my complicated situation. I would definitely recommend him and NH Neurospine Institute for any neurospine surgery that you may be considering.

The best experience ever! Pleasant manner, competent care. Doctor told me the pain would be gone immediately after surgery and except for normal post op pain, he was right! After 3 years of debilitating pain I am pain free! This Doc is the real deal!

Dr. Ahn was referred by one of his patients who can't say enough good things about how extremely satisfied he is with his treatment. I had been suffering from sciatic pain for many years with no relief in sight until I moved to NH from CA and saw Dr. Ahn. I didn't expect much but kept an open mind.
