I have always had at good experience at this clinic, very efficient service

I had severe pain and chronic sinus infections that were happening for more than 6 months. He thought it was just allergies and when I came back still sick he said he didn't know what was wrong with me and he didn't order an MRI or CAT scan.

Dr. Vijaykumar has poor professional manner with other healthcare associates. He has openly called nurses "stupid" when they are advocating for their patient's best interest. I would never recommend him to be a primary doctor for anyone

I strongly would not recommend Dr.Vijay due to repeated unrelated questions and unneeded advice. Recently I went their and the Dr. Asked me if I knew someone with the same last name as mine and if they were related to me. He also mentioned this persons diagnosis. That's a huge HIPPA violation. Besides that incident there's always. Long wait times and his staff is always frustrated and complaining about him in front of patients. That's not the type of environment anyone should have to deal with. I don't trust this office and the service.

While i have not had a problem with Dr. Patel's diagnosis and would rate his knowledge as a general practitioner as average it would not be worth your while to seek out this particular doctor given that there are numerous other GP's in the woodridge/downers grove area. The management/office/nurse staff at the clinic do not seem to care about patient needs or seem to be concerned by the ungodly waiting times. The last two times i were at this facility i was made to wait an average of 45-50 minutes before i was called in. If you are coming in to see the doctor and you are in pain these 45-50 minutes can definitely seem verrrry long.
