Dr. Wagdy William Kades, MD

The staff does not know how to answer questions; it is like pulling teeth. They don't return calls, they have absolutely no follow through. I don't know if they are incompetent or just lazy. Either way, even if Dr. Kades is the best doctor in the world, having to deal with and get answers from his office staff is frustrating and ridiculously difficult.

My mother will never go back to this doctor. She saw him a few times for her lupus and he has the worst bedside manner and condescending attitude. Every symptom and concern she had was brushed off and she was made to feel like she was just crazy and didnt know what was going on with her own body. She dreaded every visit with him and finally asked her PMD to be referred to another specialist.

Unfriendly staff. When you call and ask for Dr. kades he wasn't told or informed that he has a patient on the phone. When you call his office his staff will not introduce themselves and will put you on hold for the longest time. If there's an emergency you have to wait until the end of the office hours. I did not get a call back considering I left a message and left my contact number. I called 4 times in one day and requested if My call be returned on Dr. Kades' break. Obviously the staff did not give the message. The call wasnt returned. So disappointed that I did not take my right dosage for the day. Will call again and hopefully the staff Jasmin and Valerie will be more polite this time. They need more professional staff.
