Office visits are fine,sometimes have to wait up to 30 minutes , trying to reach the office by phone is like pulling teeth. I have called and left messages regarding the office calling Aetna to verify that the RX the Dr sent to my pharmacy is covered. The new Pogo monitor, I have left messages when I called, but to no avail, I’ll probably start looking for a new provider that their office is more attentive to his patients inquiry’s.

Dr Kassar is the best took care of my thyroid problems . He will be missed wishing him the best in the future.

I saw Dr. Kassar for the first time last week. Being quite nervous since I am new to the whole diabetic thing, I did not know what to expect. His staff, from the front desk to the nurse and Dr. Kassar were all so kind and patient. I feel like I have a new family. Dr. Kassar listened and never made me feel rushed. I am so fortunate to have this practice in my back pocket, helping me through this.

This is not only a great Doctor, but also a great human being!

Dr. Kassar spends time with you and listens to concerns. His office staff is also pleasant and concerned.

Dr. Kassar is a great Dr. with the best, most encouraging bedside manner. His entire office staff and nursing staff are absolutely wonderful. Their communication with patients is very quick and they all treat you like family. I would absolutely recommend them for your Diabetic care team.

Dr. Kassar has a great bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He is great at assessing and treating the patient and also valuing the input of the family and welcoming them as part of the patient's treatment.

I could not believe that an extremely competent physician with old fashioned bedside manners still exists today.

Figured out I was subclinical hypothyroid and was willing to put me on a test of synthroid due to goiter and family history. No other endocrinologist was willing to do this--and I feel a million times better thanks to Dr. Kassar.

Dr. Kassar is too laid back telling me he is on my "team". He looks to me to tell him what I would like to do about my treatment and I must question things rather than stating what he feels is the best option for me and why. I have switched doctors because of his lackadaisical approach to health care.
