Dr. William Jason Cook, MD

Dr. Cook is an excellent doctor. During my consultation he spent plenty of time to answer my questions and to explain the procedure to me. During my procedure he was conversational and professional; he did a thorough job and kept me updated on what was happening. He explained after care and told me what to expect. I felt completely at ease during the entire experience. I highly recommend him.

Had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with Dr. Cook after he performed surgery on my nephew. It was wonderful to talk with him about the outcome. He listened, answered questions and reassured us that everything was ok. Five stars alone for outstanding bedside manners.

I WAS LEFT WAITING IN A SMALL EXAMINATION ROOM FOR OVER AN HOUR ON EACH OF MY LAST TWO VISITS. I AM A TERMINALLY ILL PATIENT AND EVERY HOUR OF MY REMAINING LIFE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. MY LAST VISIT WAS SUPPOSEDLY THE FIRST OF THE DAY AT 8 AM AND I ARRIVED 15 MINUTES EARLY. I WAS ESCORTED TO A SMALL EXAMINATION ROOM WHERE MY VITALS WERE TAKEN BY THE NURSE I THEN SAT AND WAITED ANOTHER 50 MINUTES WITH NO CONTACT AT ALL. AS I EXITED THE ROOM TO LEAVE, TWO STAFF PERSONNEL SITTING AT THE DESK CHATTING WITH EACH OTHER LOOKED UP AND ONE SAID " WHERE ARE YOU GOING........ WE HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ABOUT YOU! " TO THE CONTRARY, YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT ME AND NOW I AM SEEKING TO FIND ANOTHER UROLOGIST TO BY MY DOCTOR. THAT WASTED HOUR COULD HAVE BEEN SPENT WITH MY GRANDCHILDREN.
