Dr. William Osborn Hartzell, MD

Not a good experience. I've never written a review in my life. Dr. Hartzell has a terrible bed side manner and his staff is incredibly RUDE. I called to get the records and the staff member was short and his tone was dismissive. When I questioned the way he was speaking to me, he said I was wasting his time and "we're done here." Then he hung up the phone. I don't like when people write a review about the office staff and it reflect the doctor, yet; the reason I want our records is because we are switching doctors! The reason for the switch is due to the overall feel of the practice. It's a negative environment. And, when you go to a lung doctor, you don't expect to see plastic surgery items in the reception area? Whaaa? Again, my first review. I would avoid this practice all together.

Dr. Hartzell is compassionate, professional and really cares! I hope you don’t need to see him but he was God send to us when my husband had mass in left lung! You are in the best care with him!!!

Highly knowledgeable in all specialties. Kind, considerate and extremely patient. Very responsive. Wish every doctor was like him.
