Dr. William Mark Silverman, DO

Very disappointed with care at this clinic. Setup appointments with Dr. Huneycutt, I changed my insurance to work with her, it was clear they did not make enough money off me. They were more interested in making money off me than finding out my needs and taking care of my needs. One time I was waiting at check out counter, I heard workers at front desk talking about me, they did not realize I was standing ear shot. For some reason Dr Huneycutt stopped making appointments with me. Dr Silverman took over my care, had none of my recent current medical information. I wasted my time with him. Good thing I am moving otherwise I would change clinics. There was misinformation they have, I will not listen to me. Money is priority, patient care is secondary, they are scared too death of the insurance company. This turned out to be the worst clinic I have used.

I would like to offer another thank you very much for what your office, especially Dr. Candace has done for me lately, as my Glucose has gone from 4-weeks ago at 504 and today it is 105. Spectacular job all of you do and you should be proud of the same. Your an asset to the medical industry and that's a fact. You have given back a good man's quality of life. My trust has been broken. I have been visiting this office for 3 years and have loved the providers in the past. I was shocked to hear a physician's assistant (Candace) today yelling in someone's office about how she is tired of my sh*t while within earshot and my sight; I scheduled for one issue and asked about another while I was in the office. I didn't realize that I can't speak to my trusted provider about what's bothering me. I am asking friends for referrals. I didn't have any idea that she felt this way about me and don't see myself returning to someone who does not respect me, who doesn't value my trust, and who denied services because it was "5:30 AND SHE WAS READY TO GO HOME!"; per her words while she was yelling. There is no sympathy nor empathy here and if I'm being talked about within ear shot I can only imagine what's being said behind my back. Doctors' offices and the people in them are supposed to be people that you can trust. I have pretty tough skin but must… admit that I'm really hurt and feel worse than when I arrived.

Almost lost toe due to lack of concern when visiting Dr Silverman's office. "Get wider shoes" was response.

The staff seem like the office is the last place that they want to be. Nobody smiles or speaks to you. Steven, at the front desk is friendly. I love Dr. Silverman, but he is very hard to get in to see. Usually have to see a P.A. The wait time is usually about an hour. Sometimes longer.

A very thorough and kind staff. They seem to care very much about you. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was very friendly. The wait times are usual for a good Dr. You always hope that he makes just as much time when he is seeing you. Dr. Silverman is very caring and passionate about your health.

While this office may be fine for minor ailments, look elsewhere if you have a serious health condition. He has some excellent staff members and he is very friendly if you get to see him. Despite repeated visits, my health problem went unidentified until it was nearly too late. After my hospitalization and subsequent visits to specialists he was not very responsive in sharing my information with them.

DR SILVERMAN IS A GREAT DOCTOR. HE TAKES CARE OF HIS PATIENTS LIKE THEY ARE HIS OWN FAMILY. HE IS INCREDIABLE WHEN IT COMES TO TAKING THE TIME TO TALK TO THEM. ALTHOUGH HE IS A GOOD PHYSICIAN HIS OFFICE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AND HAS TERRIBLE PROFESSIONALISM SKILLS. THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS OKAY. THE BLONDE THAT WORKS IN THE FRONT HAS A BAD PERSONALITY AND COMES OFF AS A TAD BIT SNOOTY. MORE FAKE LIKE THAN ANYTHING. THE MALE THAT WORKS THERE NOW IN THE FRONT IS VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS COMES OFF AS VERY HELPFUL. THE GIRLS IN THE BACK ARE GREAT. ALWAYS POSITIVE AND UPBEAT AND SHOW GREAT CARE AND COMPASSION. THE INDIAN GIRL IS MY FAVORITE. ALWAYS SMILING AND POSITIVE. ALL IN ALL I THINK THIS OFFICE IS OKAY. IF THEY WOULD JUST TAKE THE TIME TO SWITCH OUT THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF AND FIND AN OFFICE MANAGER WITH BETTER PEOPLE SKILLS I THINK THIS WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER OFFICE.
