Dr. Yaojen Chang, MD

I brought a list of questions to ask Dr. Chang and he actually sat down and answered them in simple ways. Usually my previous doctors didn't want to waste time doing that and I always felt rushed. Dr. Chang was different. He even asked me in Spanish if everything was good as we finished our appt. I really like him and glad my friends told me about him.

Its nice to see a Dr. who will take the time to explain things to you and not just talk over your head. Dr. Chang explained what was wrong and why I was having a health issue. What to do to get better and was so kind and professional the whole time. We need more doctors like Dr. Chang who care for families and offer great options and wellness treatments. Thank you Dr. Chang, you are awesome!

I work a very busy schedule but was really worried about an infection I picked up. I couldn't find a provider that could answer my questions to my satisfaction. I began researching experts in my area and found Dr. Chang. I called a booked an appointment and he saw me, listened to my concerns, went over the lab tests that other doctors ordered but never explained to me, and he then told me the truths about how to manage my infection. Enjoyed the visit, his personality, and his expertise.

I am so glad Dr. Chang is here. My daughter has a condition called enuresis and no one in town wanted to see that problem. Dr. Chang was the only one who agreed to see my daughter because it takes a lot of time to explain. He spent that time to help us and now my daughter feels more in control and not ashamed as we work out this condition she has. Wonderful and caring - that's how our family describes Dr. Chang!

My father had an appointment to see Dr. Chang and I was driving from Dallas to Laredo to be at the consultation. I was running late and normally the doctor's office would cancel my father's appointment. His staff talked to doctor and he agreed to stay late to see us because he knew I was driving very long distance and wanted to make sure everyone was present for discussion of surgery and be able to answer questions. I have never seen another doctor do that for family and patients. Awesome Dr!

I was really nervous about my condition. I was able to get into the office and see him. He explained my situation, put me at ease and told me about how to take care of it so it doesn't happen again. He even typed me a note to remind me about the basics so I don't forget. He really goes out of his way to me stay healthy. Thank you Dr. Chang ...

Dr. Chang is a straight shooter. He is very thorough and kind. He also has a good sense of humor. He and his staff are so very helpful with all aspects of treatment. Dr. Chang and his staff also call you to check on your progress after surgery. I did not rate the follow with Dr. Chang as it is scheduled next week. I trust Dr. Chang which I can not say of others doctors I have used. Dr Chang rectified the situation I was in due to other doctors not doing right by me. Even my primary physician

Excellent doctor. He spent time going over my history, my labs and imaging and then drew pictures to explain difficult concepts that made it easy for lay people to understand.
