Had surgery with him. Only saw him once for maybe 5 minutes the day they admitted me to the hospital never saw him again. Tried to get ahold of him after the surgery to ask some questions but he wouldn't answer. If it wasn't for the nurses at the hospital I wouldn't know anything about my at home care. He has horrible bedside manner. I do not recommend him I don't know if it was because he was going on vacation or what but even now that I need to seen in a week as per his instructions he's not around so I have to wait until he comes back.

My name is Maria G. Salinas, I have been a patient of Dr Ramirez for several months now. I am writing this comment to point out the fact that your office never answers the phone. For th last week I have called at different times only to get the answering service. I am at a loss of what to do. I lost my Appointment card and just wanted to get Date and time, no such luck. Either you don’t want me as a patient, and if so advise. Or your office is not adequately staffed with phone lines and personnel. In Laredo it has been historically known that the doctors overbooked and patients can wait up to 3-4 hrs. But the one thing they did do was answer the phone. I had this experience with a female gp and I could not take it anymore. Please advise. The

his staff and himself are rude. And he takes a oath to help patients . he shouldn't have a licence ..its worth a drive to San Antonio then to waste your money with him..
