Dr. Monla is informative, direct and answers all the questions I asked her. She discusses options and explains decisions concerning my medical condition. I feel she takes an interest in my case.

My appt with Dr Monla was great, and even better than “in person” apptmnts at the office. I got to talk with her “face to face” but it was so much quicker and convenient, and she was able to give me same attention as I would have gotten if I’d had to go in. I hope to be able to do this way again!

I have never been more thankful to have found Dr. Monla. Through blood work she was able to zero in on my problems and restored me to a happy health! Being assured by this well known and trusted doctor is a comforting advantage. Always kind and concerning, everything you would want in a doctor.

Dr. Monla and her staff are great... my family physician had over medicated me for my thyroid issues.. I feel so much better since I have been using her... She is very understanding, spends time with her patients and explains everything. I would recommend her to friends and family.

By far the worse endo I've ever encountered. Said my illness was hereditary after seeing my blood work off the charts. Not to mention I had the worse symptoms. I had to personally get a copy of my medical records and thankfully showed them to another specialist (endocrinologist) who actually put me on the right treatment and have felt better since! Do not waste your time or money with this dr. She does NOT CARE about the patient.

I had very uncontrolled diabetes and my general doctor wasn't able to help me bring my blood sugars down. I started seeing Dr Monla and she was able to get me on the right track. My sugars are doing much better I have lost weight to the point now I control my diabetes with my diet. Dr Monla is wonderful one thing I love about her is that she listens to you not like other doctors that are in and out of the room

Dr Monla is one of the best drs I have seen she took her time with me listened to every concern and answered all my questions. I now feel 100% better . She is so knowledgable I have referred many people to her and everyone loves her!!!! Her staff is so wonderful I haven't had any problems!!!

I went to see Dr. Monla expecting more. She sent me to Quest for blood work for my thyroid. It took a week for the labs to get done and she sent me a copy of my lab results with a note saying return to discuss. So I called her assistant, Daisy Ortega, to leave a message concerning my lab. I set up an appointment to see her but it took a week for Daisy to call me back just to say- I didn't have to come in and we'll just send you a packet about Hashimoto Thyroiditis. I never spoke to Dr. Monla about my results- she never informed me about me that I had hypothyroidism. She did not indicate if I needed meds for this. I called and called and called her assistant, Daisy Ortega, but Dr. Monla and I were never able to actually speak because she we were always playing phone tag! She calls just to say " just returning your call back" and I call back to tell her my concern and allowed her to leave a detailed message since we cannot seem to get in touch with one another. Overall, Dr. Monla's… service was horrible. Her assistant, Daisy Ortega, is bad too in her service. My time was never important to them that they call ma back just to say I DO NOT have to come in for an appointment when her letter says return to discuss. She is not compassionate at all.
