He’s the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever had! Takes his time to talk to me. Really cares about my well being. So glad to have found him.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fakhouri for 10 years for myself and 3 children. I can’t believe some of these horrible and lying reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about him. He has squeezed us between other appointments just because he knew my kid was sick. He has suggested bloodwork that other doctors never mention to rule out certain diseases. He was the only doctor to find the Lyme positive in my daughter and suggested a specialist for me. He had made it easy to get an MRI for for my daughters knees with his receptionist doing most of the work. He was the first doctor to start the suboxone treatment for opiate addiction. At first, I wasn’t pleased and then realized he’s the only divot they can go to for help with their addictions. He did that at St. Francis hospital and still ran his family practice in Lagrange. I followed him to pleasant valley where he opened a beautiful state of the art office. He has helped us in more ways than I can state. Don’t believe these awful reviews.… Shame on them to say awful things about someone who has been completely honest and caring.

Horrible bed side manor. Treats his staff like crap. Filthy office not even toilet paper or hand towels to wipe with. Charges pts more than what they are being seen for which is Ins fraud . Doesn’t pay his staff, extremely late reschedules pts just so he can leave treats drug addicts and then says she’s also a family dr. Run far away do not go here

This office is like going to the circus. The girl at the front desk is a clown and then throws you into the lions den! The Dr is the rudest most degrating human being I have ever met. You leave the exam room and the clown at the desk doesn't even know what to do. I think she's used too much bleach on her hair and it destroyed her brain cells.

I have no family in this area and I don't really have any friends beyond co-workers either. I can tell you're not in it for just the money, you really care about people and their well-being. I believe in God and I truly believe it was in his plan for me to find you in my search for help. You saved my life. I promise you your effort and time with me will not go to waste. I will continue to be honest with you no matter what. I've already told you things I don't share with anyone, even my wife. You're a good man Dr. Fakhouri and I hope you sleep good at night knowing you can have such an impact on people.

On my way to his office now - my suboxone Dr left her office abruptly I need a new new sub Dr asap ! Been on it for 7-8 years and it literally saved my life...hope this won't be one of those drs that likes to minimize my addiction just because I'm doing so well..
