The doctors are excellent but as far as to the staff, they are rude. They are not flexible as far as to scheduling urgent appointment even though the child is an established patient. They put you on hold for more than 10-minutes without telling you that they are transferring you call to the back office. The back office answers the call and all the wait just to tell you that they don't have any appointments till next week.

Did not like the location for a pediatrics office. It's way too small, crowded, and claustrophobic. Dr Carino was very kind, but very impatient. She seemed as if she was in a rush to get to other patients--which is understandable. BUT mothers like myself deserve our 15 min appt. appropriately.

NO SICK AREA, NO PLAY AREA FOR KIDS WHILE WAITING FOR LONG TIME, I WAITED FOR MORE THEN AN HOUR AND SHE DID NOT SPEND MORE THAN 10 MINUTES IN THE ROOM, I TOOK MY BABY OF 1 YEAR AND SHE COULD NOT DETERMINE SHE HAD RUBELLA THANKS TO THE VACCINES THEY ADMINISTRATE TWO WEEKS BEFORE, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO CHANGE DRS, I FOUND ELISA ROGERS,SHE IS GREAT, THEY HAVE A PLAY AREA SO KIDS DONT GET ALL BORED WHILE WAITING, SHE IS IN PALM SPRINGS BUT IS YOUR BABYS HEALTH AFTER ALL

Dr. Carino-Gateb is a very experienced and pro-patient. she also has a very capable and friendly staff. Nice office!

This doctor did not listen, and when asked questions gave incomplete or irrelevant answers. I took my infant son to her and diagnosed him with the measles at 4 months, yet she showed no concern and said nothing to alliviate my fears. turn out my son had ROSEOLA, and she just called it the "measles" cause she didn't know what to actually call it in english...
