Dr. Drahomira Sencakova, MD

My husband and I were both impressed by her professional as well as her interpersonal skills. After my first visit with her, I had finally had some answers AND results. If only I didn't have to go to PNC to see her!

Great doc! Spends time listening, remembers me every time no matter how long it's been, tries so many different approaches no one else had ever mentioned, just a very present doctor. Sent me to a pain management program through the mayo clinic that changed my life. 30 years of migraines and she's the first person to even mention this progress let alone made it happen. Would never see another doc now, she's simply the best.

the first visit was ok but because my treatment was not working she became frustrated with me and threatened to no longer see me, she did not want to do a another MRI, turns out there was a microadenoma that was not seen before.

I did not have a very positive experience with Dr. Sencakova. She was quite terse in response to my questions during appointments. Dr. Sencakova's approach is to disperse a variety of medications, physical and mental therapy in the "hope" that something works. Unfortunately, I found she lacked the ability to think outside the box, when my lack of progress did not conform to her "standard" of care.

Dr. Sencakova is outstanding. The past 35 years I have worried about a migraine hitting at the worst possible time. Now I can now confidently travel and do activities knowing my prescription will actually work.

Dr. Sencakova is an excelent, caring neurologist. When in her office she gives you her complete attention and I'm constantly amazed at the things she remembers things I've mentioned from previous appointments, even those 9-12 months back. She is so knowledgable in her field; I always feel I'm in great hands. She specializes in migraine and if you are looking for a doctor in this area I highly recommend d her. I've been a patient for 4 years.
