I drove 3 hours to see this doctor. 5 minutes into our meeting , Dr Montague was already pushing his "specialty" surgery....at this point he knew nothing about my case , yet he is already pushing surgery. I had come to him hoping to get treatment options ...I shared my complete history of previous , failed , treatments....Dr Montague offered zero comment about my history ....he was not interested in hearing what I was looking for in a treatment plan. He had his own agenda ....have his "specialty" surgery or he's not interested in you. I will never go back to him. i personally do not think he should be practicing medicine. This experience lead me to file a formal grievance against this doctor .

Extremely disappointed in Dr. Montegue's callous bedside manner. My family drove three and a half hours to The Cleveland Clinic for his expertise, only to be sorely disappointed. One should NEVER leave a hospital with more questions than answers. Dr. Montegue had a very cold attitude. I was quite taken aback.

I have never had such poor service as I had from this doctor. I went in for an expert opinion for dealing with complications from a prevous surgury not performed by him. But despite him claiming to have read my medical records and having verified my primary complaints verbally, he still required me to submit to what turned out to be a totally unnecessary and invasive physical evaluation after which he immediatly concluded he could not help me. There was nothing that he did during the physical exam that could have changed his mind on whether or not he could help, because the exam did not address the issues I had raised. So why the exam to begin with? To belittle me? Be very aware of your rights. Had I known then what I know now, I would have walked out of that room and would have been much better off physically, mentally and emotionally.

Overall it was like a classy hotel with excellent staff from maintainence to the doctors. Surgery went well!

I called at 9:00AM for an appt. with Urology for a UTI. Was able to obtain appt. with Dr Drago at 12:45PM on the SAME DAY for a consultation.
