Dr. Dung Anh Nguyen, MD

We had a very enjoyable visit with the Dr Dung A Nguyen and all the hardworking nurse practitioners, nurses and receptionist staff. The doctor was very helpful and we really liked his personality. A great scheduling system which told us exactly where we were in line. The paperwork side in this office is much more responsive and the doctor responded to our needs for the authorization of medication. Thank you for your great work and dedication. The volume is not easy nowadays.

I had been a patient at Patient’s FIrst for 20 years, first with Dr. Kane & then Dr. Lutz & received excellent care. When Dr. Lutz left & Dr. Nguyen took over the deterioration at this location was drastic. I saw him 3 times over several months, during that time staff that had worked there for years were gone & the quality of care that I had previously received no longer existed. After 3 visits & seeing a very arrogant & uncaring Dr. Nguyen I finally decided I’d had enough & found a new Doctor.

I visited this doctor and was completely discriminated against while sitting through his practice. Instead of understanding, I was accused of being something that I am not. The doctor has much experience and is very well educated, but with all the knowledge that he possess, arrogance seems to be the most official study of Dr. Dung. I was treated less than human and was dismissed from his face like I did not matter. I would not recommend this doctor to even my worst enemy. His practices included misdiagnosis and utter disrespect, and no sympathy for those that seek help for their medical concerns. If I could rate this with no stars, I would.
