Dr. Dustin Tin-Chi Wong, DO

Dr Wong is a great dr ,just found out he is not going to be at the Hedperia office anymore .I'm very sad bc I know he made sure to answer my questions and go over my labs .Where ever he went they are very lucky .

I was very dissappointed with Dr. Wong. He had very little time to look at me and address me directly. He has his head stuck in his computer and the way his exam room is positioned, you are practically behind him and he would have to turn his head to speak to you instead of mumbling into his computer. I felt rushed every time I saw him. He did not want to listen to my concerns and just brushed me off. Then he changed a critical medication of mine without discussing it with me. I did not discover the change until I was sitting down with my caregiver and instructing her how to put my meds together for me. I had my refill and was taking what has been prescribed to me for years past and realized that taking more than what he changed it to was going to cause me to run out before it was time to refill. What gave him the right to change my medication without discussing it with me. I have contacted his office over the past 3 weeks about this and have been told by La Salle that he will… not change it. And......to make matters worse, he changed it from capsules to tablets which are bitter and would not change it back to capsules. I understand thru good sources, that this was not to be done without discussing it with me and for me not to be aware. Also, this particular drug should have been "ramped" down from 3 to 2 capsules instead from 3 to 1. DON'T GO TO HIM. I DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH MY WELL BEING OR MY LIFE AT THIS POINT.
