Dr. Ukropek is one of the few medical professionals that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Basic mannerisms like eye contact, actual converses with you and flexibility make all the difference! Besides her amazing gentle spirit, she will always steer you in the right direction if she must refer,,, but will address issue and initiate medical care. The stsqqff St GVH IS EQUALLY sincere AND JUST kind, professional and need to be paid since they are face of the company!The greedy corporate people who have asked staff to triple book patients ( to meet a quota) have tainted our health care system, due to their selfish greed and blatant disregard for sickly people, doesn’t affect the few amazing doctors and practices like GRAND VIEW HEALTH. Dr. Dusty Ukropec has never rushed me through the allotted time slot or has acted judgmental and inflexible. As a RN of 26 years, she has personally restored my hope in health care. Thank you to all of GVH world for being so kind and sincere.

She up and left and never let her patients know!!!! That is VERY unprofessional! I've been with her for over 10 years and not even a phone call. Had to find out when i called to make an appointment with her.

Great Dr but staff at office is very unfriendly and not very helpful.

The office staff can be rude but Dr. Ukropec is a very good physician.
