Dr. Dwayne Thomas Gard, MD

Dr. Dwayne Gard specializes in internal medicine and hospital medicine, bringing over two decades of clinical expertise to his practice. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and has dedicated 21 years to caring for patients with complex medical conditions. Dr. Gard provides care in English for his diverse patient population.

Dr. Gard practices at three locations throughout Savannah, Georgia: Memorial Health University Medical Center, Saint Joseph's Hospital, and Candler Hospital Campus. He focuses on treating serious respiratory conditions, including respiratory failure in both adult and pediatric patients.
