Staff is rough, no patient manners, doesnt explain what they are doing, they work very quickly which makes me feel that they are rushing and half-assing my care. The dental hygenist actually took a METAL suction and jabbed it in my mouth! That is metal and it hurts! I wince and yet they have no clue why that might hurt or they dont care!! Sometimes i think they think its a game to see how many tools and hands they can put in mouth at one time. And if there isnt enough room they will yank and pull on your cheek or mouth until it is. I come out of there feeling like i have just been kicked in the mouth! Ive seen Sirocky and Reggerio (previous dentist in this office) and liked them both. Im not a fan of Dr Santos. She may be great, but i dont trust her bc she hasnt earned my trust. Her and her staff's poor bedside manner arent helping gain my trust. I will be looking for a new dentist.
