We have been going to this Dr. for a while and had a good experience overall but the office staff has always been rude. However, the last few times the office staff treated us very rudely and they demanded us to pay for a follow-up question (just within 2 days of our visit). Seems like they are more concerned about the money than your child's health or needs. This matter was handled very disrespectfully and the staff made us feel like cheapos who refused to comply with their demands. Also, the doctor never calls to follow up and is not really interested in showing care/concern for your child. I'm switching to a more professional doctor and not going there again

DR. LONDON IS VERY RUDE, SHE DOWN PLAYS YOU AND SHE THINKS SHE IS ABOVE YOU. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CHILDREN BACK TO HER, HER OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

She is very thorough. She will send you to a specialist if she thinks its at all necessary. She gives referals to great specialists. She has great bedside manner. She is great at taking time to explain things to you and very personable. We have been seeing her for 10 years (3 kids)and can't say enough good things about her.
