Dr. Earl H Brinser, DO

Unprofessional front office staff, including his wife who works there . She said to me over the phone " He didn't look at your xray results yet but it looks normal to me." Wow. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Then the other secretary was suppose to schedule my appt with a specialist. I called again and again and waited almost 3 days. She kept saying she left a msg with the specialist and they havent called back. I finally called the specialist office and they told me they don't even have a answering machine and no secretaries there have received a call from Dr.Brinser's office. I also never wait LESS than 1hour to be seen after my scheduled time . Dr.Brinser is a decent doctor,if you ask the questions. He doesn't tell you much unless you pry for answers. He spends minimal time with his patients. What makes most experiences with his office dreadful is the front office staff. Especially when you are relying on them for answers but they don't call you . you have to chase… after them. I didn't feel like a patient at all on my last visit . I felt like a burden and was forced to get answers on my own and set up the specialist appt on my own and. Extremely unprofessional. I work in health care and this office could use an inservice in customer service .

I have been seeing Dr. Brinser since I was a baby. There is no other doctor like him and I fully recommend him to anybody looking for a doctor.
