Dr. Earl Russell Crouch, MD

He is a very quiet man. He has always answered any of my questions to the fullest. He has done over 6 surgery on my children an has always done a great job. I highly recommend Doctor Crouch.

Above and beyond care, calm & efficient, communicates complex conditions in a manner I can understand, knows how to get the job done.... I can't say enough positive things about Dr Eric Crouch. He has provided excellent care for my 6mo old baby when she had a foreign body embedded in her eye. We have had multiple follow up visits. He is truly invested in her care and I appreciate that so much. He has gone above and beyond what I expect of any healthcare provider. I am truly grateful and impressed with him. His willingness to see me after his office hours to examine my baby's eye was unreal. It was 4:30 on a Friday and he stayed late to see us. Unbelievable! We visit the Fort Norfolk location with easy garage parking, enormous waiting room (which I never sit it because I get placed in an exam room right away), plenty of exam rooms. This office is beautiful and brand new. The receptionists and assistants are lovely and help me get in and out quickly, which is key since I'm a working… mom.

Do not go to the younger son. The father is a good doctor and surgeon.

Terrible experience. After having my 2 year old's eyes checked because of a family hxt. of lazy eye, Dr. Crouch told me in the appointment. "there is nothing wrong with his eyes." Later on I found out he put three different diagnoses in his medical record and god only knows what he billed to my insurance. Would never got back or recommend him to anyone.

The best doctor ive ever had. Very caring and humanizing of himself

First of all, the waiting room was filled with kids waiting to see the doctor and some of them impatient. My Mother asked another parent and kid how long they were waiting and they said about two hours. I was called back to get my eyes dilated and I was not called back again for over 45 minutes. So about an hour later, we were called back and had to wait more to see Dr. Crouch. When he came in, he did not wash his hands and rushed through the exam, and put a lens in the wrong spot. A few days after that visit, I got a pink eye type condition from that unsanitary office. Do not see this man, for he is unprofessional.
