Dr. Earl F Rectanus, PhD

Very knowledgeable in his field and in general and takes time to explain how the brain works and how that relates to your particular problem. He is very patient while having to explain some things many times, praises any positive steps you take toward recovery, helps you regain confidence when you stumble, and genuinely cares about your progress. That's a big order to fill, and he does it in an excellent manner. I would recommend him to anyone serious about overcoming their problems and improving their life. There is hard work involved; he gives you suggestions of things to do, but he can't do them for you. Unless your personality just doesn't click with his, you couldn't find a better, more caring clinical psychologist.
