Dr. Earl Charlie Ruby, DO

This office is a joke! High employee turn-over, went in sick and Dr Ruby wanted me to pray with him, not that I mind god but I was sick needing Meds NOT a sermon! besides I can go to church for free! Also, every time I went in I was charged a NEW PAIENT FEE" because the doctor was new! Every time I found a doctor I like I ask if they were staying ha-ha yeah they always said yes and the next time I went in they were gone! Once a doctor started asking a lot of questions I said " no offence but you aren't gonna be around long enough to care! The very next day he was gone and didn't send all my meds in for refills and the office was trying to get me to come back in and I already paid $125 office visit! I looked the doctor up on Texas board of medical doctors and discovered the doctors licence was pulled for bad debits! My advice find another doctor! This office is screwy.

We have never experienced a more disorganized, rude, incompetent group of doctors and staff in our life. They usually fail to fill prescriptions correctly or with any level of promptness. They consistently bill you for services already paid for. They also have a huge turnover of medical staff and office personnel. Basically this offices left hand never knows what it's right hand is doing. Complete lack of communication between doctors and staff

Dr.Ruby is very good about spending time with me to answer my questions and to explain about any issues I have.The staff they have currently is very polite and ease of making appointments is good.

The wait to get into a room is probably 20-30 minutes, however the wait in the room for the Dr. is 1+ hours... They always say they are busy however you can hear them talking in the hall. They DO NOT put there patients FIRST, as they say.. I once walked in the office and the entire time I was checking in the lady was on the phone. She never once greeted me or said anything other than what my co-pay was and kept chatting away. They are rude, very inconsiderate. If you care about your family I would NOT recommend Walnut Grove Family Health!!

He's the best me & my wife have ever had.

I like the way he explains things if you don't understand something. He is very pleasant, caring, professional, yet human.He doesn't portray himself as someone above you. He cares about YOU and your health.

We have had several problems with this doctor's office, including unprofessionalism and plain disregard for the best care. My son has been having frequent food allergic reactions and he said we would follow up with a referral and he would run several tests in the meantime to try and pinpoint what was causing the reactions. He never did any testing and I never got a phone call back about a referral. I ended up having to make another apt and I told them I wasn't leaving without a referral in my hand. They don't set up the apts with the specialists for you. You have to take your script to the doctor yourself. When considering my son has 5 different specialists, most of them located in Dalls, this is very inconvienent. Not to mention the most recent visit this week we waited over an hour past my daughter's apt to be told we would have to come back later that afternoon because the doctor needed to eat! Please take yourself and your children somewhere else. If I could protest outside their… building I would.
