This was one of the most disturbing medical experiences I’ve ever witnessed. During my mother’s colonoscopy that Dr. Liu was performing, she woke up in the middle of the procedure in obvious pain and was audibly crying out. Instead of stopping and addressing her distress appropriately, Dr. Liu continued the procedure. No patient should ever have to endure that. What’s worse is what happened afterward, there was zero accountability. When I tried to get answers from Dr. Liu, she was rude and there was clear avoidance and no honest explanation of how something this serious was allowed to happen under her care. That level of evasiveness speaks volumes and shows Dr. Liu’s deeply troubling character and incompetence as a medical provider. I will say, one of the nurses present during the procedure did apologize and seemed genuinely shaken by what happened, which I appreciated. If anything, their reaction made it even clearer how serious and unacceptable this situation was. I would strongly… caution anyone considering this provider to think twice.

Dr Liu is Incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. She answers questions with tact and in a way I can understand. She is just so sweet and helpful - she actually listens to what I have to say!! Always feel comfortable talking to her and leave the office feeling good and productive in my care.

Dr. Liu has always been incredibly helpful with my diagnosis and treatment. After years of seeing other providers in 2017, I was lucky enough to be referred to her and she knew what I was going through immediately. She helped me when no one else could.

Dr. Lui was amazing. I did not want to go to this appointment because I am tired of dealing with the Issue that brought me In. Dr. Lui was so kind, and knowledgeable that by the end of the appointment, I was thrilled to have transferred my care to her. I have every confidence in her ability to address my medical needs.
