Eddie Fernandez, MD, RPVI is a native of Puerto Rico and a descendant of Cuban parents who immigrated to this country in 1965. He moved to Worcester, Massachusetts in 1989 at the age of 12. After finishing high school in Worcester, he went to University of Vermont where he graduated in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biomedical Technology. He proceeded to get a Masters in Science from University of Vermont in Biomedical Technology and wrote his dissertation on endometriosis. In 2003, he graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine, and he went on to pursue his residency in Emergency Medicine at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.

My visit in Washington was very nice they treated me with the utmost respect and support they were very concern about my leggs and they took time and explained everything to me and they made me feel right at home with them wasn't never a problem even when I was laste they still showed me great love I cant explain how beautiful they were and r today thank u very much for your love and care! Dr. Fernandez is a great doctor. My legs were not good and now they are fine thanks to him. I am his patient since 2019.

I had a great experience at the Center for Vein Restoration. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The team took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which really put me at ease. The office was clean and well organized, and the entire process felt very smooth and efficient. Most importantly, the care I received was excellent and I felt like they truly cared about my health and comfort. I would highly recommend the Center for Vein Restoration to anyone dealing with vein issues and looking for knowledgeable doctors and a friendly, supportive staff.
