Dr. Eddie Lee Patton, MD

He was such a terrible doctor and person to me and with the help of his assistant, made things as difficult as possible. You must coddle her if you want to see him and be prepared for "I'll get back to you within the hour" to actually mean, call every day for 6 months and maybe I will forget to schedule you at the date and time I have set up for you in my head only. Unless he hires a new staff, he will never be a good doctor. Do not recommend him at all. See others. They may seem less qualified, but they will not let you leave in more pain than you came in with.

Dr Patton is a very competent doctor who does a complete evaluation of your condition and has a wonderful personality and approach in working with patients. He answers your questions, listens to you and presents information in a caring and gentle way. He puts patient care first and does not alarm you but present info so you can understand. In my opinion he is a top rate doctor and an kind caring human being. He is an asset to his profession and a gift to out society. (i just wish he had not moved so far away and his office was more accessible for us older patients)

As a long time medical social worker, advocating for hundreds of patients, I feel competent to rate the quality of physicians. Dr. Patton is both an excellent clinician and a wonderful human being. He listens, does not judge, allows all the time you may need, and explains, as needed, until you truly understand. I have a rare situation (silent migraines) that many physician do not recognize. Thus, I had to search for a long time for the right doctor. I found him and would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I'm on hold right now and it's been over 15 minutes. I'm just trying to make an appointment. The last appointment I showed up for they "didn't have it in the system". I have never dealt with a worse staff for the last 2 years. I've complained to the patient advocate and to the doctor to no avail. Time to switch.

After suffering for 7 years and going through 6 Neurologists, I was referred to Dr. Patton. On my first visit, he did 3 simple things and diagnosed me correctly. I have been pain free for the last 7 years. He is awesome! Kind, gentle, professional with great bedside manner. If anyone asks me about a Neurologist, he is the ONLY one I ever refer!

Diagnosed me with ALS and a probable 2-3 years left to live. The diagnosis was communicated in cold a and insensitive manner. After going though months of distress I learned, from another neurologist that it was an INCORRECT diagnosis.

Very good neurologist. Was a little concerned having to see a neurologist and quickly was put at ease. I would recommend Dr. Patton to anyone!!! He is the second best doctor I know!

I was referred to Dr. Patton for diagnostic tests after hospitalization and MRI results and other testing indicated I needed Neurological follow-up. I was very pleased with my treatment and found Dr. Patton to be most competent and unusually informative, taking extra time with me to explain procedures and also diagnoses indicated at the end of my testing. From past experiences with doctors I found Dr. Patton to be excellent in all areas and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing neurological services. I have chosen Dr. Patton for necessary follow-up ongoing care and feel assured that I will be receiving the best care I could reasonably hope for.
