Best Dr. I wish there are more Dr like him great bedside manor respectful kid hearted he and his staff really care

This guy's the absolute worst... better off going to Bozo the clown... too many mistakes misdiagnosis and harm inflicted by this guy...BEWARE

His staff is the worst! He has family working for him, including his mother, whose accent I barely understand, and when I can understand her she’s absolutely rude! The rudeness extends to the other family members that work there. He’s a great doc, but he needs to dump his family and hire professionals. I haven’t been there in years but I hear from others that not much has changed. What a shame because he’s actually a caring doctor.

Big family of us been Dr. Santiago's patients for a very long time. We liked him as a person and as our Dr. This was only reason why we tried to close our eyes on a terrible office management and reception area. All people working there are his relatives, who don't care about patients and Eddies business, so rude, so unprofessional. His mother is always there too, sweet lady, but when you come very sick, you are not in a mood to sit in a waiting area for 2 hrs first, then to listen to his mom for another hour in a room. Nothing personal, but this suppose to be a medical office as far as I am concerned. Not once i had a clear polite answer from his staff, not once I got a phone call back or a call from a Dr.when my tests showed a problem. This is only office I know where Dr doesn't use computer. Because of this, so many reports and blood work results gets loss. After Dr. Santiago lost his licence we were sure as soon as he comes back, we be back to him. But after we switched to another… Dr for now, we saw such a happy difference! Not only the Dr is excellent, his office is spotless, beautiful, runs very professionally, not a mistake made in 3 years! Never spent more then 15-20 min in a beautiful waiting area. His staff so polite, smiling faces make your day. Dr puts all info in computer in front of you; discusses all tests results with you, calls you at home if any concerns...can't be any happier. We don't feel rushed; Dr spends plenty of time with us and suggests natural, homeopatic treatments as well as traditional medicine. So taking in consideration all the above, we are not coming back to that bad run office, although will miss Dr. Santiago.

Still suffering as a result of medical treatment from this doctor. He is careless with his patients. His medical license is now suspended for another issue entirely. He should never practice medicine again.

Dr. Santiago an excellent diagnost, he resolves health issues which other doctors couldn't. He has best bed side manners and a kind word to anyone. All my family and friends come to him and like him a lot.

I was referred to this doctor by a family friend. When I called the office to set up an appointment. I asked "Hi, Are you accepting new patients". This is what the Girl replied with an attitude of a 14 year old girl! "I don't know, call back and leave a message"! I could not believe how unprofessional that was! Absolutely ridiculous. They lost out on a family of patients!

Dr. Santiago sees my parents and myself. He has provided accurate diagnoses and a warm caring bedside manner. I feel comfortable talking to him about any issue.

After walking in to the office due to not being able to find a number on 411.I checked in at 12:45pm.about an hour wait in the waiting room(whick is dirty)then put in a room to be forgotten about.At about 2:40 almost a 2hr wait.After no one even checked in on me i then got a refund on my co-pay and left for a walk in.Now i try to get a refill on a script,that he originally wrote faxed out and he will not due to not being seen for a year( i tried for 2hrs )I call to speak with eddie and i cannot make it through the front desk girl then the "office coordinator" which are so defensive and will not even tell him to call me they just keep going in circles about ill have to make an appointment(tried for 2hrs)and pay another co pay! even being insulted being told "oh, come on you can afford it your a manager" they have lost what would have been a long term client
