This doctor is something else. His practice is the worst I've been to. When I first came, I was told that he is in network with my insurance and that I will have no out of pocket costs. First two visits went well. Then he scheduled a third visit and this is where the problem started. After third visit he scheduled another follow up appointment just to see how everything is going. I called them and cancelled my fourth appointment as I was not able to make it. Then they kept calling me asking to schedule another appointment. I refused as I did not have time at the moment. Some time later I received a bill in the mail asking to pay for the services. When I went to the office to find out why, they said that they are out of network with my insurance and do not accept it, therefore I have to pay myself. The front desk woman (named Margie I believe), was very nasty and said that they told us that they were out of network. Why would I go to out of network doctor when there are hundreds of… other doctors who are in network with my insurance? No logic. Then doctor came out of his room and started smiling. He even said "Let's be friends. Don't worry. We will take care of it." I left hoping that everything is taken care of. Some time later I get a collection letter from some collection agency saying than Gindi filed for collection. End of story. As a doctor, he is average, nothing extraordinary. As a person and as a businessman, he is worst than most.

Truly excellent dentistry. Also, no sitting around and waiting in the waiting room. Very personable as well and always up on the latest in the field.
