Dr. Edgar Frank, MD

Dr. Edgar Frank is an otolaryngology-head and neck surgery specialist who earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at San Juan City Hospital, building expertise in ear, nose, and throat conditions as well as head and neck surgical procedures.
