Dr. Loochtan was pleasant, informative and punctual. He made me feel better about my hearing loss.

For years I've had issues with my ears after an irrigation gone wrong. He was warm, listened and he was able to remove impacted wax from both ears that no other ENT was able to remove that quite possibly has been there for a very long time! Bonus He removed the wax with out irrigation which is really important to me! He made me feel comfortable even though the process itself is no fun. He did not rush me out, answered all my questions with sincerity. He was patient and kind. They also had me do an air pressure test and hearing test as well. They were professional and thorough! Dr. Loochtan and his team are awesome! Thank you!

Visited Dr. Loochtan to get another opinion about my vocal cords after not having a good experience with another doctor. He and his staff were amazing and helped me every step of the way. Making me feel comfortable and accommodating to my needs. I will never go to any other doctor for my ENT needs.

My wife and I were extremely impressed at the speed he and his speech pathologists were able to get me in for a vocal cord injection and its subsequent positive outcome. He is specially trained in minimally invasive procedure and I didn’t have to stop my blood thinners which was a plus. We were coming from Englewood Ohio so it was a bit of a drive but he made it happen.

Dr. Loochtan and his whole staff were great! It's beyond refreshing to see a Doctor that you feel really listens to your concerns and truly wants to help. Highly recommend!
