Lo doctore Mejía y gloria Mejía y el doctor palacios son uno de lo mejores doctore yo le agradezco mucho a ello porque mi hijo no estába bien de salud y gracia a Dios y ello mi hijo está bien tiene un personal excelente Que Dios bendiga siempre a todo su equipo de trabajo.

I really do not know what you guys are taking about, Dr Mejias Office is a very professional office. As I Pediatrician he is super and Yes his sister is also a Dr and I love her. My kids are 21 and 19 and they still see them I truly do not want to leave them. The appointment system definitely need to change because the wait time is long! but it is worth every minute of it, because you are getting good medical care your children and that is priceless. I rather wait and get professional help than not wait and get the wrong diagnose.

Dr mejia is a very helpful , like everything the place, well the time is a little long but thats normal...

I would never recommend this doctors office to anyone I know. The staff is rude, unprofessional, not willing to help their patience. The wait is always 1 hour plus. All the girls who work at the front desk need to get another job where they are happy or they need to change their attitude. In the past year they have cancelled over 3 appointments I had. When I requested copies for my Childs school they always gave me a hard time. My child had a test done over a year ago, no one called me for the results, I called two weeks later one of the ladies who work at the reception area "SUPPOSEDLY" looked into my child's file and told me the test were negative not to worry. I went back to the doctors office 2 months later for a check up and just to be sure I asked the doctor about the results, THE RESULTS WERE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! the staff never sent it in to the LAB!!!! so whoever I spoke to on the PHONE LIED TO ME about my childs RESULTS!!! And dont even bother asking for the MANAGER. she's… just as bad or WORSE. BAD MANAGEMENT. Im not sure if the doctors are aware of how HORRIBLE the staff is. But they need to look into this problem, reevaluate their staff, and find a solution.

Dr. Mejia, is a good doctor. Sadly, his office is very unprofessional. The lady that calls us in is chewing and asking questions. There is a group literally hanging out where you sign in..my daughters appointment was at 1245 and right now its 345pm.. This is sad, I know he gets paid per visit. I only get paid by the hour and this wait is ridiculous. This is not the first time it happens I'm definitely getting my daughter a new pediatrician...sadly his staff cannot even be half as professional as he is
