First of all I want to say I never do reviews, but due to the nature of this visit, I had to. I made an apt on Friday for 3 sick kids. I brought my sister along to help me. The young lady in the front was very rude, unprofessional and GHETTO! No matter how nice and courteous I was, it didn't mirror how she was responding towards me. Well while my daughter was in the room with my son who came in for abdominal pain, fever, vomit, loss of appetite, and nausea she texted me so I could come in there while she sat in my daughter. Well apparently according to the doctor his stomach was hurting because I wasn't feeding him enough. Only eating one meal would make anyone stomach hurt. I was like are you kidding me? That's why we're here, he doesn't have an appetite, he's vomiting and can't keep anything down. She proceeded to say that it was only a virus. Well that's nothing because when she saw my daughter and listened to her stomach she said, "Her stomach is gurgling and that can't be normal."… I work with doctors and have an Associates in Health Information Technology and the terms that she was using and the things that she was telling me about my daughters care was just Ludacris. In my opinion she was very incompetent. I almost felt like she wasn't even aware of what was going on. I was very upset because I got off work early to avoid going to the ER and still ended up going to the ER. Then to make matters worse my oldest wasn't able to be seen, they marked her as a no show because their policy permits anyone besides the parent taking the child to the back to be seen. Meanwhile I was there with other sick kids, explained this to them from the beginning. At first I was going to beg the doctor/ MP to see my oldest child, but after realizing that she was incompetent, I decided that I'd rather risk going to the ER. This was the worst experience that I've experienced at an office. I will never go again. I will also be copying/pasting this review on as many websites as possible because no one should go through what me and my family did. I can't remember the doctors name, she was African American with a short haircut.
