I have never had any type of bad experiences when seeing Dr Torlak. Every visit has been very positive and informative.

Torlak's staff is impossible to reach. They freely admit they do not listen to the answering machine nor do they return phone calls. Took 9 attempts to reach a staff member to make an appt. and the first available was more than four months out. Dr. Torlak uses a simplified intake form with a bunch of yes-no-skip questions. She fully changed answers before talking to me then argued that a skipped answer was technically a "yes." She "corrected" me several times like I said a ran, she said, "You mean walk, right?" I said no, I do an 8:30 mile. Her reply was, "Really, are you sure?" I have developed severe wheezing, a lot of pain, fever, and fatigue. I have made the conscious decision to wait until it gets bad enough to go to the ER rather than go back to Dr. Torlak. Her presumptuousness, arrogance and the complete inability to reach staff most days makes her an unfit physician.

I would not typically complain, but this office has the worst customer service, they never answer their phones, you cannot leave a voicemail, and I just finished sending an email to wellspace health office. letting them know of my frustration Something has to change here, Just because this is for low income/no income patients doesn't mean that they should get such horrible, horrible, service.

nothing worse than trying to make an appointment and no one answers, or calls back when leaving a message.. As of lately for the past week you can't even leave a message, voicemail is full.. FOR A WEEK!! She is not a bad Dr, but her staff has to be the worst at customer service I have ever experienced!
