Edmond T. Gonzales

My daughter, (age 6) has been diagnosed with a VUR by a prior Urologist. Unfortunately, we were not able to make it to the follow up appointment w/ her prior Dr. He didn't have another opening till 3 months out. So I searched for another Dr. and found Dr. Gonzales.I made her 1st appointment with Dr. G 6 or 7 weeks prior to the actual appointment day. I was excited because my daughter wouldn't have to wait any longer and continue to be on an antibiotic prescribed by her prior Dr. Well today was her appointment and not even 3 hours before her scheduled time they called and left a message on my voicemail that he was cancelling !? Seriously, 3 hours ? People wait MONTHS to see this man and this happens ? So when I called to reschedule imagine that yet again I have to wait over a month to see him again. I was SO infuriated. Cancelling at all when in a specialty is insane but not even more than a couple hours notice ? Needless to say I did not reschedule with him. I chose someone else. And… did I mention when I called back to reschedule the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about ? Ridiculous.

Dr. Gonzales has been with our son since birth. He is always attentive, and explains in great detail what the problem is and possible solutions for the problem.
