I’d give zero stars if the option was available. All he will do is look at you and tell you what you have. THATS IT! He will not give ANY treatment options or even give you any testing available to confirm what he says you have. He will tell you to go home and do your own research and basically “wait out” your problem because according to him there is no cure! He’ll tell you to come back every 2 months so you can pay your co payment so that he can just look at you with his eyes and tell you to keep waiting until your problem works it’s way out your system but in the mean time just come in every 2 months for nothing. He’s a waste of time and please find someone else to go to because your problem will only get worse with him. He was the first dermatologist I went to when I had a problem and he let it drag out basically almost a year until I decided to go to someone else who actually knew what they were talking about and he solved a problem in TWO visits that Chow let drag out for MONTHS!… Now I’m left having to recover from the damage left behind from my skin condition which will take years to get my color back. Chow acts as if you should be happy having a skin problem because at least you’re not dying from it so he’ll do little to help you since it’s not life threatening. ONCE AGAIN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Dr. Chow is not a very courteous or empathetic doctor. He came into the room and barely spoke, then started examining my body that has a rash He treated me for scabies which was fine, but he didn't give me any information as to what it is and what I needed to do. I had to research scabies myself and learned that other people in my home could be infected, so that I had to wash everything. I also have what is called "Cradle cap" and all he did was look at it and provided no treatment options. Aside from that, I asked him about the bumps on my face and all he said was that it was acne and again he provided me with no treatment options. As I was getting dressed to leave, instead of him knocking first, he just busted in and luckily, I had my pants and bra on, but it's the principle behind it. I have these stitches from the biopsy he performedperformed but I'd rather take them out myself rather than see him again for anything!!!! The whole experience was a waste of time and I ended up worse… off now than I did before I went to see him!!!
